1. Examination Format

The oral examination is conducted in a multi-candidate classroom setting, where multiple candidates may be present at the same time. This format forms part of the approved examination methodology and is intended to reflect realistic communication conditions for the assessment of speaking proficiency.

2. Examination Environment and Arrangements
   The examination is conducted under standardized conditions designed to ensure fairness and consistency, including:
   1. Maintenance of a minimum distance of at least 120 cm between candidates;
   2. Seating arrangements incorporating partitions to reduce potential interference;
   3. Provision of individual headsets equipped with integrated microphones.
3. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
   By submitting an application and participating in the examination, candidates confirm that they have been informed of, understand, and accept the examination format, procedures, and conditions as described in this notice.
4. Option Not to Proceed
   Candidates who do not agree with these terms should not proceed with the application. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the examination will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

Legal Effect
Submission of an application and participation in the examination constitute confirmation of the candidate’s understanding and acceptance of these terms.
